Trending @Infosys; Regarding notice period and Payout details

Hi all ,I just wanted to know whether the 90 days notice period is negotiable in Infosys and also for SSE is payout option available and how much amount we need to give ti company..someone doesn't want to serve notice period . Means what are the options available to.. reduce notice period by giving amount and how much that is...or any other options also available.. Kindly give me details about it... If I leaves Infosys as SSE..
