Regarding no show in office

I am doing unofficial WFH and resigned on Friday will HR take any disciplinary action for unofficial WFH I got 2 warning mails already and I am leaving the company ?

If you have sick leaves, just start applying half sick leaves whenever you have no show. This will not impact your 2office index and quarterly pay as well as the sick leaves are no use for you, you can use them.

How to apply for half sick leaves?

While applying leave, select sick leave as leave type and then you will find check box for half day/leave. Select that and choose first half or second half anything.

If resignation is initiated by HR you will no longer receive any warning. Its my third month of notice and not going to office, not even single warning received

Nothing will happen.. talk to HR . These are automated emails. Disciplinary action won't be there. Those we are expecting hike, promotion they should be following this. Otherwise it's ok. Variable pay cut mostly there. Nothing else

I am planning to put paper and also am planning to do WFH on notice period. Do I face any issue from HR or from management? Anyways I know I won't get variable pay in notice period even if I come to office it's totally waste. Any suggestion guys? I don't have offer. I don't want to work on this toxic environment and there is skill mismatch from the begining of my carrier in TCS and they are not releasing me.

Better talk to HR that as you have resigned, also you are struggling with some family issues, there is no possibility to visit office, in case there is any urgent meeting or visit required, you will show up. Also dnt take any sick leaves in your notice period in case it's not required. Nothing will happen
