
Regarding my leave plan in hr discussion
Hi team can anyone suggest me I had cleared all rounds of interview waiting for hr call to negotiate package but problem is I had a leave plan of 40days in month of May and here notice period is 90 (they are ok with notice period) my question is should I need to inform my leave plan in hr discussion or not
- if yes then they will hold my offer letter? 2.if no then they are ok to give leave with join of 1.5months Can anyone suggest please

that is such an unprecedented length of leave!! But no need to tell, but be prepared that if that is a service based company, they may even layoff you after putting on Bench. Product based companies should be okay with that but you will be pissing them off with such action. I mean you are not expected to take such long leave immediately after joining. That will be actually leave without pay, since you won’t be having that many accumulated leave.

I am ok with lop should I need to mention in hr discussion this thing
