I recently heard the we need to submit valid bill for mobile recharge claim with our name on the bill but where can i get my bill with my name for a mobile recharge (postpaid)

Is mobile recharge allowed? Once a friend tried doing it and myte audit straight away mailed him citing "We are connected via MS Teams, so kindly take your people lead and manager's approval as to why the cost was incurred for your project". Seeing this he was confused, since the charge code clearly mentions "Mobile/Internet" and not only Internet.
