My due date falls on Feb. Can we apply the maternity lewave before two months too. If so, do i need to get approval from my manager attaching form E and Form B ? or can i directly apply leave from portal

It is better to take ML near to delivery as you need more time with the baby

But it is highly advisable u cn take the leave before less than 1 month....it will be really worth for you in the upcoming days.

You can apply directky. But just inform him that you will be going on ML from X date. He really need not know when your due date is
