Suppose I haven’t applied for WFH due to no WFH balance for three consecutive days — will it be considered LOP, or will it be deducted from my leaves?

You can raise exceptional WFH request if your Manager is kind enough to accept and approve.

If you have sufficient leave balance, the leave will be deducted accordingly. Otherwise, it will be treated as Loss of Pay (LOP).
