Regarding Location transfer

My base location is Bangalore and recently I got one client and they do not have any location issues and asked them to transfer to Hyderabad and they are agreed,

Again they are saying with out ODC base location is not possible but you can work from hyderabad.

Also they have given mail confirmation .

Please let me know can we get location transfer with out ODC, With out ODC how can we swipe and report from the office .

Any one from HR team pleae help me with this query ..
