regarding leaves

my base location is pune and project won location is hyderabad so i got hyderabad locations leaves but my manager is saying me to you cant take leaves like this

Yes, follow your base location Holidays. Btw leaves are same for all.

but i cant fill timesheet then it’s showing holiday

You can fill your timesheet even though it's a holiday. Just submit your billable hours. (You can also skip if showing Holiday) And no need to attend the office, just WFH.

Ideally you should work as per your deputation branch calendar

In timesheet no deputation calender is showing to resources. Only base branch location calender you can able to see.
