Regarding Job Market!!

Is job market really bad, or I'm i genuinely stupid and not fit for this generation? As i was thinkn to jump from my company when i hit 1 year exp, but now it's been 10 months and forget interview, i didn't even got my resume listed only. From naukri to welcome to jungle, i have used every single job related job boards and i haven't got in 💀. Atp, I'm Actualy clueless, if I'm this washed at age 23, i feel like I'm never gona make it and would be a geunine failure.

I graduated from 3 rd tier bcom college, will sun ever rise for me? This may sound whining but i would like to know the POV of the people here as y'all are much better in mentally and in career's also.

Please give some insights regarding the situation.
