Trending @Cognizant; Regarding job location

Hi all,

I joined on May 24, and since then, the management has stated that it would be work-from-home (WFH). With the training almost complete, I am currently residing in my native place, where I have rented a house and am staying with my wife and daughter.

However, my manager is now asking me to relocate to Bangalore within 10 days. Although the work mode will be hybrid, allowing for office attendance 2 or 3 days a week, I am not prepared to fully relocate at this time.

Please advise on how to proceed.
