Hi everyone,
My N+1 (people manager) recently moved to onshore, and I'm not sure whether they’ll still be able to review my performance ratings this cycle. I’m a bit confused about the process now:
Who usually handles ratings in this situation? Should I proactively reach out to HR ?
Has anyone faced something similar before, and what worked for you?
