Can someone please help me with the process to initiate ITA Promotion . I have completed 3.7 years now. With 2 consecutive A bands and one B .

Ask your manager to raise promotion and send recommendation on June for July quarter

Initiation is done by your speed manager and you need to check with them if you are eligible. Ideally wait for 3 more months…
