Regarding incentive pause
I got C band ...so will digital incentive stop this month only or will it continue till the revised compensation letters are out.....kindly answer if someone knows I am on verge of suicide already ....so much financial pressure now this loss is breaking me more ....if I could get atleast 2-3 months pay I will figure out someway ...kindly if someone knows the answer pls help
Bro be easy on yourself, don't tie your life and expectations to job hike or incentive. Unless a revised compensation letter is out there are no changes to your salary structure. But whatever be the scenario don't push yourself too hard. Stay strong.
Bro are you sure....my emi are around 50k Iam finding no option to clear them if this incentive cuts down they releasd me from project and I can't even ask them now....I swear I just want to end all this at once
That's the process, but you can clear it with HR once. Get RMG to quickly allocate you to the next project meanwhile. If you have an EMI burden consider deferring payment, cc bills or convert bills to emi. There are couple of ways to deal with this. Also, do reach out within your friends circle. Don't take rash decisions, they're not a way out.
Same happened with ne last year! Got C, incentives got paused, had spend whole year in Ninja's salary. Couldn't switch due to some personal reasons! Though I had less expenses on my plate, and with family support, I managed somehow. But tbh, the whole year was hell traumatising! Not even a single day in whole 2024-25 was there when I didn't think about this! Stay Strong brother! If possible, just switch!

Don't be! You have to be strong! In corporate, feelings and emotions have no place. They gave me a C band when my mother was hospitalised and even though I conveyed to my manager about my situation. Either be strong or just switch! Go on a job hunt, you'll definitely secure something better!

Don't be silly brother, it's not just you, there are many who are having the same mental ahinh. Bands don't decide the human being you are. Just focus on upskilling and try a better company with double the current package ß

Got C band last year on april 2nd week. Incentives immediately got paused in april salary. Now got A band this year. Need to see will they immediately resume or play tricks
Reject the band and raise the concern highlight your works say about the elevate wings journey. Put all your points let's hope they will change the band... Don't take too hard of things which are not in our hand.

Your CTC will remain same whether it comes this month or 3 months later. However, incentive will be paused. It'll resume once you get B or higher band next year. (happened with me 2 years ago)
