Regarding IBM wfo

Hi team I work at ISL, bglr I have my marriage on 4th june so I wanted to go tO my hometown around 10th May... n which I will be taking leave for 1.5 weeks

but recently we have got emails for coming to office 3 days/Week

my manager told me to go around 14-15th May, butl need to take care of so many things at my home So I won't be going to office for 4 weeks in which I will take 1 week leavC so I will not go to office for 3 weeks

if I work from home for 3 weeks will this create any problem? like any escalations or anything?

If manager is ok then you can do anything..

once you are back from marriage u can cover those days in that quarter.

There is a tool where you can request for WFH. In a year, you can avail 30 days. Usually managers approve. You can check your manager regarding this
