Are people really visiting office and on what basis they are getting warning mails, my senior, my colleague are in hometown not even caring to visit office with no warning mails yet, i too also haven’t any warning personally or any ping rather i have just 1 automated mail in aug stating immediate swipe in amd swipe out beside that no mails, i havent visited office since july and visited just 1 day in oct, are they terminating on this basis or they will first have 1-1 convo with us, even my manager seems to not worry about this i have sent mail about aug-sep with reason he said nothing, what are hr upto??

I have joined in sep mid, I have received an ID card after a week, I started to visit the office weekly thrice. But I received mail from HR that I've not visited the office for a particular number of days (before getting ID) so I've to apply leave for the respective days. They're strictly following this. I'm wondering how you haven't got any mails from HR.

HR's approach seems inconsistent. They might not terminate immediately but could escalate if attendance doesn't improve. Keep an eye on any changes in policy or communication from HR.

Not all but some projects collect your wfo data to see how many days you visited based on that they send emails to non-compliant people

Same issue happening with me , any idea what we need to do?
