Regarding Holi

If I have resigned already but I am rostered to work at the Holi festival but I don't want to go to the office and want holiday, Also I was on leave for the last 5 days , as per TCS policy I think no one can force me to work on holiday? Please need guidance.

Do not change the schedule just because you resigned. Work and take comp off. They rostered you. You are still an employee of tcs even though you are in notice period.

Or talk to your supervisor and change it IN ADVANCE.

If you are ok to annoy them, then inform them last minute that you are sick.

If you are in support, working on holidays is a very normal thing. You cant talk policy. It wont work.

Yes correct, but anyone can ask for wfh for holiday and hr or manager will have to agree.

Just took sick leave 😃, it can we use at resign time.

Then you should just make an excuse and don't login.

Also as it's holiday you can just logged in and leave device alon and enjoy your day and if you feel you have a time then only you can work if you want there is no such issue and no one can force you to do to.
