My manager just called me today and told I was promoted to A to SA and I don't have any idea regarding this and he told the promotion hike is 9%. Also I got consequently 5 rating on 2023 and 2024. Now my question is am I just eligible for promotion hike or I will get the merit hike as well. So I heard consequently 5 rating will get 9%. Is that true?
