Regarding hike for laterals in TCS

I joined TCS in sep, 2023 with 2 years of experience. In the year 2024, I didn’t receive any hike for completing 1 year in TCS and when I talked to HR they said that no hike will be given to laterals. But now, can I expect the additional hike for completing more than 1 year in TCS along with the annual appraisal hike or just only appraisal hike.
