I joined Capgemini Feb 2023. Till now I haven't received any kind of hike. But received a good rating. Should I wait till 2025 Financial year or any hike would be given ??

Move on. You are already considered paid high during joining so no hike for next couple of years.

If they are going to give 3- 4 % for a couple of years. Better to switch. At least they provide a 30% minimum. Thanks 👍
