Trending @Cognizant; Regarding hike and promotion

I recently joined Cognizant in July as Senior Associate Projects. When can i expect hike and promotion to manager? ( Just asking for own knowledge)

From sa to manager it's not a easy task to promotion atleast you need to work for 5 years in cognizant and overall expt should we 12+. I seen member working for 7+ years still SA. and other guy over all exp 19+ still SA(he got onsite opportunity).
For hike you need to be join before Jan 1 to get current year hike
