I have been working at HCL for 3 years and 9 months. When I joined, my designation was Member Technical Staff (Still the same🙂). However, I have been working at a client location as a HIL Test Engineer. This month, I received a hike of 2.7%, increasing my salary from ₹5.59 LPA to ₹5.74 LPA. Am I underpaid?
