Regarding hike 2025
As trump gave the grace for reciprocal tariffs of 90days so will tcs management check after 90 days what will be the impact then after they will decide based on whether they want to give the hike or not, right? Because for now there is no uncertainty for the next 90 days, it will start after 90 days so I think based on their press conference seems similar situations.
Trump and USA is only a hoax. TCS is unable to compete with emerging AI technologies, in which other corporations are excelling. Overall Indian GDP to be affected by reciprocal tariffs will be 0.1-0.2% of GDP! TCS has global presence, USA is just one country, they have clients in Canada, Europe, East Asia and around 60+ countries. Trump's reciprocal tariffs, is infact, a huge opportunity for their export ecosystem as they can now find new customers, apart from USA, around the globe that are also affected by these tariffs. It's better to have skills and switch as soon as possible!
Exactly what I thought, the tariff issue literally started last week. They just want a reason. That’s it.
