Joined as a fresher Since 2.6 years didnt get a single ₹Rupee/- hike and didn’t get a promotion to B2 as well.
So, can anyone pls give me a suggestion for that.

Trust me MSI and Appraisal both are different components here to put you in the dark. Most of the time if you are not close to your DM you can't get MSI or promotion.
