Made a big mistake joining this company

August is already second half of 2025 what half they are thinking - results also came good now if they don't give deserves hike then leave such company

Ek no ka maha faltu company hai bhai loge, Sara Paisa Ravi ko hi de rhe hai to Hume kya hi denge, it's time ppl come out of their comfort zone and leave this company if they don't give good hike by aug end, last year also they did bulshit

Since the market is not in very good state right now and they don't want to retain talent , may be because of that they are not ready to give hikes.

I think it's better to focus on joining another company and getting a max hike whatever is possible.
