Trending @Cognizant; Regarding Final Settlement

I have a basic query regarding the final settlement after HR agreed to pay as compensation "N" months+2 month notice period+Earned leave encashment..

If an associate is getting released by 26th of the month, will he/she get the same month salary on top of the above said promised compensation? Or not providing 26 days salary?

First thing first, if this N month salary is not agreed in writing than no guarantee

Once you resign you will get last month salary as usual in your case 26 days salary. But the other promised compensation will come with full and final settlement which is anywhere from. 4 to 8 weeks
