You can buy Accenture shares at a 15% discount, which is a sweet deal if the stock goes up. Just remember, there's always a risk if prices drop

So if i buy 1 lakh of stocks for some period of time, even without any changes in price of stocks, i would be selling them at 15% profit?

Whatever the 15% discount amount is received. it will be taxed as per the slab rate in your payslip.
