Regarding encashment of compoffs

Hi, someone please let me know if the unused comp-offs would be carry forwarded to the next academic year or not. If they'd not be carried then it's better to encash them. Someone with good knowledge of tcs policies ,please respond if how to proceed on encashment through Ultimatix. It'd be very helpful and really appreciable

Comp offs are not tracked in system like EL, SL, CL

They are mostly tracked in excel by the managers. No such expiry date but it is good to utilize as and when you can. If suddenly you are released from that manager then your new manager wont let you use them. It basically becomes 0.

And no, you cant encash them.
