Regarding Elevate Incentive Component in CTC

Hello Techies

You all might know that if someone has Elevate Incentive Component in their CTC it will be stopped if they get C band , here my query is if suppose they go on ML in next July/August ,what will happen to their next appraisal process? Will they get C band by default and incentive gets stopped? Or appraisal process will not be applicable for them and hence there is no impact for incentive?
