I am working on Support project I will be taking 3 days leave this week due to some family health issues.The manager I am working with is different and reporting one is different who do I have to inform or is it necessary to inform reporting manager for leave as I am working with different manager. And whom should I apply leave as I have been applying to Reporting manager.

You can inform your working manger and ask him whom to apply to . If your working manager has no issue leave will be approved. Fyi leaves will be auto approved after 15 days
