Hey guys ,

I got a new job offer and I joined a new project in Capgemini just 1 month back . At present I am serving notice period but I want early release from the project so, that I can prepare for more interviews of other companies and learn some development works which can help me to join my new company . Please suggest me how to get an early release from project . My project manager told me to talk with HR . What should I tell to HR to getting an early release from project?

Mention your project commitments clearly to HR and convince them. 1st you have to convince manager, HR will anyhow discuss with manager on this

Sry, there's nothing u can do, right now they are not even giving early release for bench people. The only exceptions are when u have health issue or higher studies
