Regarding early release

How to ask for an early release from tcs. Will it be possible to get separated from tcs within a week. Will it be possible to join other organisations from 1 week of Nov by putting paper today.

Please give your suggestions. How to approach this ?

I am on bench

I am getting released from the project Nov 29 and they made LWD in TCS on same day.. they didn't allow me to stay in bench for 1 days. Note : I am in PIp and dropped papers two weeks back.. I have asked for a release from the project
