Regarding compensation letter
I have joined on may-19-22 ,after FAV My grade changed from Y grade to C1Y in last year. But this year after band released on April, still my grade didn't upgraded to C1. Anyone help me with this/ Any solution!

Hi i have joined in TCS as a fresher on 24 Feb 2022. In 2023 i promoted to c1y and in 2024 i promoted to c1. Note: for 2023-2024 financial year there is no WTO procily in offer letter.
From April 2024 we got a hike letter then there is a new wfo policy. Since you have joined in May unfortunately you complete your 2nd year in this financial year. So u need go to office for atleast 1month without being absent. Then only your promotion will initiate.
I'm working in client office from 4 months & got wfo exception as well
Interesting do you have 80% above the wfo index for 1st quarter (April,may,june) if yes, HRs will start promotions in this month itself. If you don't have above 80% wfo index then you have to go to the office daily in this quarter then you will get promoted in the next quarter.
