Regarding Cognizant..

What will be the in-hand salary in cognizant if the CTC offered is 21 lpa? Is cognizant good to join now as an 8 yrs exp candidate seeing the current situations??

I can say it's still better than your current organization, but if you see the hikes, they are usually delayed and also very less. But learning opportunity wise cognizant is at par wrt other other MNCs (Accenture being an exception). So it's good to join but yeah you have to again switch in a year or two if financial growth is required.
