Regarding clearances

Hi all, I have received the FFS statement, how will I know that whether there are dues if any and if I don't have any dues, then how we can receive other details like service letter and employment certificate

You will receive a FSS letter that is our Full and Final Settlement letter which includes two section one to left hand it is payout and to the right it is recoveries which is actual deductions you will see just like normal payslip
