Trending @Accenture; Regarding CIP on bench
Can anyone tell what happens when you are put on CIP. Do they give you 3 months salary or terminate you immediately after a month without giving 3 months salary as I have heard there are very rare chances they will take back a person in CIP...anyone from HR/PMO here? Also any impact in relieving or experience letter? Do they mention it there also?
What happened in your situation? Because I've got a similar query -
I have not been put in CIP yet....I was told that I need to give SME evaluation which i gave and now awaiting results...There is no tech rejection tagged to my profile and its just Of bench ageing I need to go through SME evaluation..now coming back to your question, yes even i am aware through my contacts that ppl who resign after cip or even before initiation of cip, they give them just one mnth np and tell them that you will be compensated for 90 days np. Not sure though if anyone got the amount or not.
