Regarding change lication
I have total 10.5 years, in tcs 3.5 years, in last 3 years only one year I got B band and this i got C band with 0.5 % hike, now i called to my team lead to change my base location, but she told its not possible to change the base location ( I want change my base location Chennai to Hyderabad) please some one help me on this
If your project is available in Hyderabad then your manager can help in changing base location. It's easy. I have changed mine from Hyderabad to Bangalore. All the process is handled by my manager itself .
Ask her what's real reason why not possible and if you can check with HR on this . You have to raise one request where your manager needs to approve as well.
As long as both base location managers in line they will handle
Alread sent an emai to HR, Because my mother suffering with liver problem and also blood vamthings last week my mother suffering and i asked WFO exception, today morning i called to my team lead but its not possible location change
In my team only 3 members are working i am the senior in team
I have changed twice but its very lengthy process ,varies on project
location change is very difficult, there is a chance if you have following scenarios
- you have your current project odc in target location
- you move to a project having odc in your target location
Changing location can be tough. Keep discussing with your manager, maybe try convincing with strong reasons.
