I don't understand the % we get in bonus or variable pay is % of what? Fixed pay or variable pay ? Because by both last time my amount was not matching 🥹🥲

Fixed pay is your base pay and variable pay is your bonus %

Yeah yeah that i know that but suppose my fix pay is 7 and vp is 1.47

Now i get bonus of 7.35%

So this 7.34% is of which pay?
