Trending @Accenture; Regarding BGV Verification

Hi everyone, I need some advice regarding background verification (BGV). I have been working at Accenture for the last 4 years. Initially, I worked as a contractor for around 1.3 years, and later I converted to a full-time employee, where I have been for about 2.7 years. During my contractor period (in 2022), I was on the payroll of Trigent Software, and I was deployed to work at Accenture. At that time, my salary was quite low (around 22k/month), and I wanted a higher take-home salary. Trigent informed me that if PF was not deducted, I could get slightly higher pay. Since I didn’t fully understand the importance of PF at that time, I agreed. Later, when I joined Accenture as a full-time employee, PF was mandatory, and I have been contributing to PF for the last 2.6 years. Now my concern is: during my time at Trigent, I did not have PF, but I do have proper documents such as: Offer letter Experience/relieving letter with exit date Payslips (PF mentioned as N/A) Bank statements showing salary credits matching the payslips I’ve heard that some MNCs do very strict background verification and may reject candidates if there are issues. Will the absence of PF during my Trigent employment cause any problem in BGV, or is it generally acceptable as long as employment documents and salary proofs are available?
