Trending @Infosys; Regarding bench policy I am safe or not
Hi guys I was in pre prod from last 2 month for a particular account and they are not realising me so I m not able to attend any other interview. And I have selected for one project but they are saying at the end of April you will get the joining date. 3 months I will complete the bench. Should I trust or not on my manager or I should look external job as well ?
As per current situation and rules, we can't block anyone for that long. If he is blocking you , there is a chance that the project will come. Probably due to some delay from client side, they might be waiting for SOW signing or something before it gets started. Don't worry about the 3 months part. There are people on bench for more than 9-12 months
Thanks but it will not happen like after this month like client requirements is on hold they my mangers told me please look at another opportunity that time hr will give pressure to give resignation
I don't think it's like that here ... U can start applying for other opportunities available on ijp, try doing accelerate tasks, there are some groups on yammer where they post internal job openings for projects.. or u can contact your tpd as them to map you to the project.
Don't trust your manager....what if he switched
