Does anyone know current bench period for E1.1 Band??

If you are hired as a fresher , Til 15 months they will not move you to the bench,
After 15 months they can move you to the bench any time with 45 days

It’s completely depends on pay, company will retain less pay grade resources for longer period and high pay grade resources have to get projected within 45days then resource have to relieve company as per norms you signed at the time of joining.
