I worked on two projects in TCS this financial year (2024-25) and received two IPFs: 3.89 and 4.0. My final IPF, after averaging, is 3.945. I understand that bands may depend on factors beyond IPF, but I’m just curious about general trends based on past patterns. Any insights?"
