Regarding band disagreement

I got released on 19th March from project and they gave me C band ....I disagreed since my incentive is based on the band now whom will it go to for evaluation my previous project supervisor??? Kindly someone answer pls give genuine answers only

If you got released, they will put C only. You should have stayed in the project somehow till March end. Better switch.
