Trending @Accenture; Regarding ASE promotion
Hi leads,
Since we all know there are no more techleap promotion but just curious to know earlier when we used to pass techleap exam did you guys had the authority to promote your reportees or was it done centrally because last year in November I passed my techleap exam and my manager told me that the promotion is done centrally and they have zero control over it. Just wanted to know if that is truly the case or they were just lying to me.
You need to connect with your HR and share the techleap email with them
I did connect with the HR.. They kept postponing and said they are checking with the team but at last they did not promote me and when I asked the reason HR said there is a separate team for that we can't tell you the reason of not getting promotion you just have to wait for the next cycle.. Clearing techleap is just one criteria, nowhere it is mentioned that you will definitely get promoted and when I said that my leads are ready to promote me they said they are not the one to devide🙂
Now rules are changed may be bcz of that they are ignoring or may be from your project your feedback was not that much good that's why you are not getting
My manager told that this time it will be default. Changes will be applied from next cycle.
