My manager never given any g&o and never responded , today is the last day for appraisal he went ooo, i told this to the head of hr and they called and told me once your manager is back will discuss will this will affect anything to me

Better add any generic goals, cause later they might blame you that you have come at the last moment. Try taking the existing template and then submit it

One common goal and objective is : Project deliverables. Whenever you are allocated any task, prepare seperate Excel sheets and log your work.Just the way we write our diary. This will help you prepare resume as well 😂. By the end of the year you will have good amount of tasks with you. Now find the goal achieved in the task. For example, if you have worked on any migration task that saved you cost. You can say that you have worked on cost cutting. Then go through templates and find this goal in measurement criteria/objective. You can edit objectives according to you.
