I am working as A4 software Engineer, my appraisal cycle is of 18 months, It is going to be completed on March but there is issue with my people manager it seems he no longer available, will that cause my problem , this can be mitigate from my end or its the problem in system

If your manager is not available means yes it will impact (If you are working on a project). Better connect with the HR or RMG team and tell them to change the people manager. Usually if no response has been done from the manager in the success factor then automatically they will give you 3 ratings from the backend. If you are on the bench then don't bother because they will automatically give you a 3 rating.
