Regarding Annual Appraisal Hikes-2025

Hi TCSers, I know we all are sad and demotivated by the announcement done by the CHRO in the recent press conference release. So this is to the all Seniors TCS employee who are associated with the company since long. Have you ever faced a similar situation in the past where the hike was put on hold with the reason of Business uncertainty. And was the hike given at the later stage of the next FY ?
