Regarding anniversary rating

Hey i joined tcs in 2023 aug and now we are getting anniversary rating in detailed ipf sheet i got 3.98 rating is this a good rating and will this be rounded of or considered as 3.98 only i have a lots of confusion can a experienced person explain me and how much hike can i expect?

Then you may get 5% or 40k/50k as your hike.

This is IPF rating that is goals in SPEED someone told Anniversary rating is different and given by manager so where can i check that and if it's 4 then how much and 5 then how much?

Experienced persons only get rating for FYA. No hike.

You will see your first hike 2025 april.

I think u are confused here all seniors told the opposite that EP don't get FAV fresher's get that
