Regarding Anniversary appraisal
Hi everyone, I'm about to complete 1 year this August. My manager gave me an IPF rating of 3.8, which was rounded to 4. Two questions:
- Will I also receive a band rating for my anniversary appraisal?
- Am I still eligible for Wings 1?
