Regarding aboard relocation for SDE roles
I need some clarity as to where I can plan to relocate aboard if I get the chance in coming 5 years for SDE/SWE roles, I have a lot of colleagues and 1 year seniors moving to different regions and I've done some research on my own but I want some opinions from people in the industry, so please vote here and anything extra please do comment and let me know, thanks.
Only in USA Compensation is higher than India.
If you are in tier 1 companies then compensation is more in India than Europe.
I see, but I'm also considering the overall QoL and average career growth too,
Career Growth will more in India due to more Faang like companies, quality of life increases if you are living in gated society and doing remote job. Only WLB and travelling will be better in Europe.
But where you can find those opportunities.. that too in the current market situation.. I have applied through different portals and NONE came back with an interview... Zero updates
Haha I'm not currently looking for any opportunities abroad, I am interested and will keep looking out but yeah I've just started my career and just can't leave everything my family and everyone here, it will take me atleast 4-5 years to be able to decide for that, but yeah, who knows what's in it for me.

Sde 2 in USA = ~ 300k tc
After tax and expenses, you can invest 1~1.25 cr per year.
So, in 4yrs, your investments can grow to 5~6 cr.
Come back to India and retire.
The corpus will be more if your spouse is also earning.

recently i’ve heard that companies in the middle east also pay quite well. Not sure about career growth, but i’ve also heard that work life balance in middle east is p good!
YOE:2, current position:T1, tech stack: Java Spring boot, Angular, React and MongoDB (cloud native technology)
