I asked my manager regarding my promotion since I was in cts from past 40 months. He is saying that we didn’t get the nomination list.

And also he is asking me to send mail for last 3 years ratings and

1. Technical excellence and consistent growth.
2. Any new certifications and what contribution you have made in project.
3. collaboration , customer interaction and communication.
